Mold- Remediation, Removal, and Containment

Mold can be found almost anywhere and virtually grows on any organic substance, where moisture and oxygen are present.  An overgrowth of mold potentially results in mold-related concerns for homeowners, tenants, and landlords. 

In this course, ServiceMaster Restore will provide information regarding:

• mold growth
• the safe procedures for removal
• how to contain the spread of additional mold spores. 
  

We will also discuss the differences between toxic mold and the harmless mold that can be found throughout our homes and rental properties every day. 

Understanding these details about mold will provide you with guidance when working with a tenant or client when mold concerns arise.
