It's time to gear up for the upcoming legislative session, which looks to be one of our biggest struggles against the continual efforts to erode landlords' rights, with Speaker Kotek leading the charge toward rent control and the elimination of no-cause notices of termination.
Speaker: Shawn Miller, Oregon Rental Housing Assoc. Lobbyist. Shawn will be updating us on what is happening in the upcoming legislative session and what we as concerned property owners and managers can do.
Shawn has represented ORHA in the State Capitol since 1994 and has influenced countless pieces of legislation.
