Individuals or companies that own, operate, or act as a residential agent for the owners of rental properties in Linn and Benton counties are eligible for membership in the Linn-Benton Rental Housing Association. The properties can be apartment complexes, multi-plex units, and single family dwellings.
Your dues are for a 1 year membership in LBRHA and your renewal date will be the date you join. The cost is based on the number of rentals you own or manage. Please choose the membership level that corresponds to that number. After picking your level you'll have the choice to pay your annual dues online with your credit card or PayPal account. You can also print your invoice and mail your check or drop it by the LBRHA office.
